Return Policy

To submit a return or exchange request, please email us at sofiaolivebranchco@gmail.com.

We stand by the quality of our shoes and all of our products. However, if you would like to request a refund, we are happy to refund unworn returns with their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. We provide free return labels within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges after 7 days of the delivery date, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment order mistake.
